Are Alexander Wilton sunglasses polarized?

All of our sunglasses come standard with polarized CR39 lenses.

Polarized lenses enchance overall visual comfort, while providing a much clearer experience. Polarized lenses reduce glare, which naturally occurs on water, roads, etc. Please note however, that polarized lenses can affect the way LCD screens appear while wearing them.

What are your sunglasses made of?

All of our sunglasses are made of Cellulose Acetate, a plant based material. Today, almost all high-quality glasses and sunglasses are made of acetate as it is light weight and durable. We only use Mazuchelli acetate, imported from Italy.

Our hinges are also very high-quality, and are made of stainless steel.
